I recently dined with Tom Collins from Juris when we were both in Milwaukee.  He is very knowledgable.  Since then, I have been enjoying his blog.  I recommend that you take a look at his site when you get a chance.  I found an interesting entry that I wanted to pass on.  It is a great reminder, especially during the holiday season.
